Hello, my name’s Rachel and I’m hungry (pretty much always). Luckily I love to cook and bake simple, tasty and (mostly) healthy food. I enjoy creating quick and easy recipes, simply so I don’t need to wait long for a tasty treat.

Before i started my blog

I used to work in Marketing and I really loved to be creative. But after I had my 3rd baby in 2011 I decided to try something different and I set up my own organic food delivery company. For the last 5 years I have been delivering meal packs, fruit and veg to wonderful people in my local area. But now I’d like to get back to being creative, by writing, and I’d love to share the recipes I’ve created over the years with you.

My Recipes

I tend to use straightforward ingredients you’re likely to be popping in your shopping trolley each week. I’m not vegetarian but the huge majority of what I cook is, so most of my recipes are veggie friendly.
